Programming & Training Plans
I have been creating fun and progressive training programmes for weightlifting and CrossFit for years. I use a scientific approach to progressive programming, combining strength training with technical skills work and accessories to help you get the most from your training. You can also combine a training program with video analysis to maximise your gains.
Weightlifting Program
I write my programs in 6-week progressive blocks with 3 sessions per week. My goal is to help lifters develop their technical skills and strength through a balanced and organised training structure. My programs are focused on the olympic lifts, clean, jerk and snatch, but also include the necessary strength training and accessories to maximise potential.

Customised Weightlifting Program: From £90.00 (includes consultation)
You can also add video analysis of two lifts (e.g. a clean & jerk and a snatch) to any of my programs for just £10.00 (normally £15.00)

Functional Fitness Program
I have been coaching, programming and competing in CrossFit and functional fitness for many years. My programs are designed to be varied and fun, but will also challenge you in many different ways.
My 6-week training plans are balanced to help improve all aspects of fitness through a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and monostructural movements. The programs also provide structured progression throughout the block, helping you develop well-rounded fitness.
